GENERAL
Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. Dat doen wij conform de geldende wetgeving in het bijzonder de Wet tot bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer ten opzichte van de verwerking van persoonsgegevens alsook de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG ook wel bekend als de GDPR-verordening), in voege per 25 mei 2018.
We are responsible for the processing of your personal data. We do so in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular the Act on the Protection of Privacy with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR also known as the GDPR Regulation), in force as of 25 May 2018.

PROCESSED DATA
The following data is collected from members:
Surname and name
Address
Phone number (and/or mobile)
Email address
Date of birth
Parent association
The following data is also collected and stored from board members:
Nationality
National registration number
Finally, photographs of (registered) members are kept, provided they have given their written consent. This consent is renewed annually.
PROCESSING PURPOSES
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Coordinating our rehearsals and concerts
Compliance with our own rules regarding parent associations
Sending emails and text messages with information about rehearsals, concerts, activities and so on
Taking out insurance policies for all our (affiliated) members
Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the consent of the data subject, the latter always has the right to withdraw the consent given. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
We process personal data exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.
TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
If necessary to achieve the stated purposes, we will share the personal data of the data subject with third parties such as VLAMO.
Furthermore, we will not pass on the information provided to other third parties unless this is legally required and permitted.
Furthermore, we may share personal data with third parties if the data subject gives us permission to do so.
Personal data will not be transferred to any country outside the European Economic Area.
RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements.
The details of musicians who have left our association are kept on file until they reach the age of 30.
Personal data stored for newsletters or compliance with our own rules regarding parent associations will be retained until you unsubscribe.
RIGHT OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, ERASURE, RESTRICTION, OBJECTION AND TRANSFERABILITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The data subject has the right to access their personal data at any time and may correct it (or have it corrected) if it is inaccurate or incomplete, have it deleted in principle, restrict its processing, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them. The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them.
Furthermore, the data subject has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) of their personal data or to request the transfer of the personal data to a third party. In such cases, we may ask the data subject to provide proof of identity before complying with the request.
COMPLAINT
